How It Works

Ichi Planet is a small business run by artists who love dogs, our planet and creating art. We work in collaboration with Print On Demand companies in the US. European orders are printed in England and Italy.

ORDERING

There is no mass production, all orders are individually made just for you!

Once you order is placed our artist gets to work turning your photograph into a painting (human made). This takes between 1 - 3  business days, depending on the volume of work. Once the magic is done by our artist, it is submitted to the printing company and the product is made. Their turn around time average is 2 - 3 business days.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Generally, items delivered to the Continental US is within 5 - 7 business days. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.  Europe 2 - 10 business days.

THE PRINTING COMPANY

Sustainability is part of the company’s ethics. Products ship in eco-friendly packaging, appropriately sized, water-resistant, recyclable and 100% biodegradable.

The device cases are sourced from Korea.

RETURN POLICY

Quality and your satisfaction is important to us.

If a product arrives defective, or damaged we will offer a replacement. Return is not accepted if the product is undamaged. If you are unhappy with the art we will work with you, our goal is your satisfaction.
